CONDITIONS OF SALE -
Massachusetts state sale tax of 5% must be added to all sale orders. Sale tax cam be omitted
if a sale tax exemption certificate is on file. All plants are guaranteed to be in healthy
condition when they leave our nursery. All sales are made with the understanding that we shall
not be liable in the event of crop loss or of damage from other causes over which we have
no control,or acts of God. We express or imply no warranty as to the re-productiveness or
life of nursery stock we sell and will not be held responsible once the plant(s) have left
our yard. We give no guarantee, express or implied on our nursery stock. We accept no responsibility for guarantees our customers give their customers. - Pick up of plant order are the responsibility of the customer. Once the plants leave
the nursery the customer assumes all responsibility. - Prices and availability of plants are subject to change without notice.
- All customers are required to supply a breathable tarp for coverage
of all plants/trees, for transport to destination.
